Established in 2013 in Newcastle, Atmosphere Global is proudly Australian-made, owned, and operated. We lead the industry in developing safe, natural alternatives for disinfection, cleaning, and odor control. With operations spanning five continents, we’ve grown into a globally recognized brand trusted by corporations and households alike.

Our Story

2022

Announced joint venture with the venture arm of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), for a new fund for Indonesian startup investment. Alta acquires Hg Exchange and launches its new brand, bringing private capital market, fund management, and exchange businesses under one roof.

2021

Named 107th fastest-growing companies in Asia Pacific by Financial Times, and honored as the Fintech Company of the Year. Launches new digital whiskey asset-backed security tokens on Hg Exchange, a world first, featuring some of the world’s rarest whiskeys.

2020

Recognised as one of 75 fastest-growing companies in Singapore by Straits Times. Hg Exchange officially begins trading private company assets. Alta unveils sustained demand in private market offerings and innovative alternatives to traditional fundraising with revenue share offering amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019

Recognised as one of Singapore’s Hottest Fintech Companies. Launches Southeast Asia’s first member-driven digital securities exchange, Hg Exchange, offering a more cost-effective and quicker alternative to traditional IPOs.

2018

Partners ThirdRock to accelerate mid-stage, high growth companies. Launches in Malaysia after attaining equity crowdfunding license from Malaysia’s Securities Commission.

2017

Receives Capital Markets Services license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore,. Plants the seeds of a private bourse. Recognised as a leading fintech in Asia with the SBR National Business Award for Fintech.

2016

Launching as Fundnel with the successful funding of six deals totalling US$5 million, committed to helping investors in the region invest in businesses directly. Collaborates with BANSEA, Anthill Ventures and MaGIC for opportunities in India and SEA.
